Research Projects

Chemistry and Material Informatics

Through my academic career at the University of California, Riveride (UCR), I have led multiple research projects that have laid a strong foundation for a career at the intersection between data science and chemistry.

For example, the image on the right shows a regressor machine learning model I created to predict the magnetic moments of intermetallic compounds.

Personal projects

I have done various personal projects in relation to my passion of making STEM more equitable for everyone. I also intend to complete some personal data science related projects with the goals of: (1) Learning more programming platforms and packages that I was not able to utilize during my PhD, (2) Generalizing my data science and chemistry knowledge to new problems applicable to a varierty of business domains, and (3) Simply because it is fun and interesting to me.

Examples relating to biotechnology and medical device design coming soon.
